Won't you be my .............Valentine?

 

 

Hubby and I have been married

25 years come June.

 

It once was that we worked the same schedules,

worked side by side all day,

travelled together

and overall were together 24/7. 

Boy was I glad for Spring when my car came out

of storage so I could drive myself where ever

I wanted to go when I wanted to go.

 

Then, I changed jobs.  You know the way of it.

Reduced hours meant less pay. More work, less hours.

So, I seeked out a job with full-time hours and better pay.

 

Well, I got a different job, in a different vocation

and with all over night hours.

Now,

I must admit when I applied with this company,

I requested overnight as Black Rose was young

and hubby could be there at night and I would

be there for her when she got out of School. 

Makes sense, right?

 

So, hubby and I were ships passing for many years (8.5 years).

 

Now, I am back to 'regular' hours and we have

well.....

grown apart.

 

 

So, we are going to start

dating!

 

Not really, but sort of.

Our first 'date' will be a "Romantic Evening in Italy",

which includes a romantic italian meal for 2, door prizes

and entertainment. 

 

 

I wonder what the meal will be?

 

Maybe spagetti?  *smiles* 

 

Should be great fun.
