It's been just over 6 months now since I have gotten my contacts. My mom taught me well - I still have days when I can't put my finger on my eye. Thanks mom!
I really should have done this years ago. No more fogging up when coming in from the cold. No more need of 'wipers' on a rainy day. And best of all - no more nose prints. But shh, we won't tell mom about those - that will be our little secret. I can even wear 'real' sunglasses for the first time since the 7th Grade. That's been a day or two ago I can tell ya! But more on that later. There are days though, when I can't get my earrings in either. I wonder if that's a sign?
'til the next time I 'see' you,
Shelley

hey I couldn't tell you had contacts the last time I saw you.. I bet you did and were waiting for me to notice.. .. or did you have glasses on.. you know the weird thing is that when I get used to someone I never notice if they wear glasses or not.. I just see the spirit inside, I guess.. and you have lots of spirit!!!
Dearest Gwen you are a doll!! Thank you for the compliment. I got my contacts just prior to when we ended the season in the fall...and then I didn't see you much this winter compared to in the past...
I wasn't wearing glasses the last time we were up, but Black Rose was wearing hers. No worries luv. Just know that I appreciate you greatly.
I am so blind I should be wearing glasses at all times cause I never even saw the "book and coffee" on the table.. how dumb is that!!!
Ha Ha Gwen you are too cute! Of those that I have, these are my favorite. I can't wait, though, to see the whales.
